1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to remember your preferences and to make the site work. This policy also covers similar technologies that store data in your browser, such as localStorage.
Legal basis: ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC (transposed in Slovenia by ZEKom-2) and GDPR Articles 4(11) and 7 for consent.
2. What we use
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required)
These cookies are exempt from consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (equivalent in ZEKom-2): they are essential to provide the service you requested.

2.2 Analytics cookies (opt-in only)
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SYB13K972K) to understand aggregated site usage. These cookies are loaded only after you give consent via the cookie banner. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with all consent signals defaulted todenied before any GA script loads.

Note: _ga contains a unique pseudonymous identifier and is therefore personal data under GDPR. We do not claim it is «anonymous»; we rely on GA4's IP anonymisation and on your consent.

3. What we do NOT use

- Fingerprinting or device-graph techniques
4. Third-party cookies
Only the Google Analytics cookies above are placed by a third party (Google LLC, USA). All other cookies and storage are first-party. Interactions with our AI subprocessors (transcription, analysis, clip rendering, cover generation) happen server-side and do not place cookies in your browser.
5. How to manage and withdraw consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the «Cookie settings»link in the footer (also available to logged-out users) or via the cookie banner shown on first visit. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent — one click.
When you reject or withdraw analytics consent we:

localStorageso the banner does not reappear (we re-prompt after 12 months).

Removing the session cookie will log you out.
6. International transfer (Google Analytics)
GA4 data is transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR adequacy decision of 10 July 2023); SCCs under Decision (EU) 2021/914 apply as fallback. You can verify certification at dataprivacyframework.gov/list.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the last-updated date.
