Refund Policy

1. General conditions

This Refund Policy describes the conditions for refunds of services provided through cut.inventa.solutions, operated by Mykhailo Koblychenko s.p. (Dimičeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, tax number SI40790215, matična 7522967000).

This Policy is based on the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal (ZVPot-1)

In accordance with ZVPot-1, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason.

Unconsumed tokens that remain on the User's balance can be refunded in full within this period.

3. Exception for digital services (Art. 135 ZVPot-1)

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to digital services that have been fully performed, where execution started with the consumer's express prior consent and explicit acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.

When the User confirms a clip render or AI cover generation in the Service, tokens are immediately consumed and the digital service is provided in full. By confirming the action the User expressly agrees to the immediate execution and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal for the consumed tokens.

Therefore, consumed tokens (those used to render clips or generate covers) are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional refund cases

A refund of consumed tokens is possible only in the following cases:

  • A technical malfunction of the Service that prevented the User from obtaining a usable result;
  • Double charging or other payment errors not caused by the User;
  • Other cases of non-conformity under ZVPot-1.

5. How to request a refund

5.1. To request a refund, send a message to media4estate@gmail.com containing:

  • Email of your account;
  • Date and amount of the payment;
  • Reason for the refund;
  • Where applicable, evidence of the technical issue (screenshots, job ID).

5.2. We will review the request within 5 (five) business days.

5.3. Approved refunds are paid back within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment originally used, in line with Art. 134 ZVPot-1.

6. Out-of-court dispute resolution

In accordance with the Slovenian Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS), the Provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent. Consumers may contact the Provider directly at media4estate@gmail.com or refer the dispute to the competent Slovenian court.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealing Regulation (EU) No 524/2013), so no link to it is provided.
